Her experience in development work includes all elements of site acquisition and assembly, as well as negotiating agreements for lease or forward sale agreements. Fiona has considerable experience with real estate finance and works closely with Brodies’ planning, construction and banking teams.
She provides assistance with a wide range of commercial property transactions, including investment and development in the alternatives sector, primarily hotels.
