Florinda Soldani
Florinda is a senior associate in Brodies' Litigation practice and is based in our Aberdeen office. As an experienced commercial litigator, she has particular experience in commercial contracts, business disputes and insolvency. Throughout her career she has acted for buyers and sellers in breach of warranty claims and general commercial contract disputes, for IPs, debtors and creditors in connection with both corporate and personal insolvency and for public bodies in a variety of claims.
Florinda has over ten years' of experience as a commercial litigator having specialised in this area after originally qualifying into private client. She is therefore well placed to advise in relation to contentious trust and executry matters and has acted for trustees, executors and beneficiaries in a range of disputes in relation to wills, trusts and executries.
Florinda regularly appears in the Sheriff Courts across Scotland and instructs counsel in the Court of Session. She is also able to advise clients in relation to different forms of dispute resolution including mediation and arbitration.
