Freddie is a senior solicitor in our Corporate team, based in our Glasgow office, having joined Brodies in September 2021.
Freddie has experience working with a wide range of clients in various business sectors, including family-run businesses, SMEs and charities. He has been involved in advising on a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and restructures, joint ventures, corporate governance, general company law issues and bespoke commercial contracts.
