
Gary Webster
Gary has practised law for almost two decades, joining Brodies as a partner in the rural business and natural capital team in October 2023. Based in our Inverness office, he advises landowners and land-based rural businesses on all aspects of agricultural property and rural law, including the acquisition and sale of farms, estates and croft land, and renewable energy projects.
In the rural sector, Gary also provides advice to farming and estate clients on diversification prospects including natural capital opportunities, and has expertise in crofting law.
