Gemma joined Brodies in 2021 and completed her traineeship with the firm before qualifying as a solicitor in our Corporate practice.

Gemma works with a wide range of clients in both the private and public sector, including family-run businesses, SMEs, charities and public bodies. Her experience includes involvement in domestic and cross border mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, reorganisations, international franchising, corporate governance and general company law issues.
