Giulia is an experienced real estate lawyer with a wide range of expertise. In recent years, she has focused on renewable energy work with expertise in property projects, including wind, hydro and solar. Other experience in this sector includes: conducting property due diligence on operational and non-operational assets; project financing; and acquisition work. She has also acted for landowners in relation to renewables developments including wind farm options and leases.

She works closely with lawyers across the firm and advises a wide range of clients, including developers, funders and landowners.
