Graeme is part of our Land Rural Business Sector and acts for landowners, funders, developers and tenants in a wide range of transactions affecting rural property. He frequently acts in the sale and purchase of landed estates, and for estate-owning clients in all of their property dealings. Graeme practiced for several years in the real estate sector and our landowner clients benefit from the knowledge and skills that Graeme acquired during that time – he employs a commercial and proactive approach when acting for landowners in the negotiation of development agreements relating to residential, commercial or renewable energy development. He also has a lot of experience in the negotiation of minerals agreements, mast leases and agricultural tenancies.

Graeme has a particular interest in forestry and regularly acts in the acquisition and disposal of individual forests and woodland portfolios, as well as advising clients on all aspects of the management of their forestry portfolios.

Market commentators describe him as "thorough, well considered and spot-on with his advice."
