Graeme has an enviable range of expertise from over 20 years in commercial litigation, having worked on claims ranging from cyber breach to defamation and from judicial review to IP disputes, in both domestic and cross-border settings. His practice includes corporate disputes, corporate and retail banking claims, investment disputes, commercial contract claims, fraud and asset recovery claims, and regulatory and disciplinary matters. He is also recognised for his expertise in defending professional negligence claims against solicitors and advocates.
