Greg is an experienced corporate lawyer, specialising in private mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity and joint venture transactions. He takes an active interest in the start-up and scale-up environment and helping businesses on their growth journeys.
Greg works on domestic and cross-border matters across a variety of sectors, with a focus on technology and energy, advising a range of clients from founder entrepreneurs, management teams, start-ups and scale-ups to strategic and institutional investors and larger corporates.
