Han has a wealth of experience advising and representing individuals, public sector organisations and government departments. Her expertise includes health care, social care, human rights, welfare benefits, immigration, equality and discrimination. Han carried out a significant amount of advisory and litigation work in relation to the coronavirus pandemic and Brexit for GLD. She also has a background of advising and representing clients in the fast-developing fields of trans rights, fertility and surrogacy.

Han is an experienced litigator, with expertise in running a caseload of complex litigation across the higher courts and tribunals including statutory appeals, injunctions, judicial reviews and Information Rights Tribunal proceedings. Her experience covers all aspects of advocacy including advisory work, drafting and representation.
