Harriet is a Senior Associate in the Construction, Infrastructure and Projects team, specialising in transactional construction matters. 

She has a particular focus on private sector real estate development and finance, with a wealth of experience in advising private developers, lenders and investors. She advises on various types of commercial and residential projects across different sectors including Build to Rent schemes, projects within the care sector, industrial and logistics developments, and hospitality and retail projects. Harriet guides clients on a range of standard form construction contracts (including SBCC/JCT/NEC), as well as appointment agreements, collateral warranties and various other ancillary construction documents. She works closely with our real estate team and our banking & finance team, advising on the construction aspects of core documents such as agreements for lease, development agreements, sale/purchase agreements, and facility agreements and security documents.

Harriet's experience has afforded her a firm grasp and understanding of the construction industry and real estate markets. She is an excellent pro-active legal project manager with exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage various interests of stakeholders as well as high volumes of documents when working on high-value, complex and fast paced transactions. She listens to clients, understands their objectives and risk appetites, and always strives to deliver the highest level of client service.
