Hayley Robertson

Hayley specialises in advising high net worth individuals and their families in relation to all aspects of personal law including succession planning, asset protection, inheritance tax mitigation, wills, trusts, executries and incapacity planning. and advises individuals and their families affected by the infected blood scandal following compensation awards. Hayley has a particular interest in winding up complex estates often involving family businesses and/or agricultural interests.

Hayley acts for a broad range of clients including entrepreneurs and well-known public figures and their families and is their trusted legal adviser. Most recently, she has a growing breadth of experience in advising individuals and their families affected by the infected blood scandal following compensation awards.

Hayley is based in our Brodies' Edinburgh office, but also spends time with clients in our Glasgow office.
