Hayley Robertson

Hayley specialises in advising high net worth individuals and their families in relation to succession planning, asset protection, inheritance tax mitigation, wills, trusts, executries and incapacity planning. Hayley has a particular interest in winding up complex estates often involving family businesses and/or agricultural interests.

Hayley acts for a broad range of clients including entrepreneurs and well-known public figures and their families and is the trusted legal adviser. Hayley also acts for a number of landed estate and farming clients in conjunction with Brodies’ land and rural business team.

Hayley is based in our Brodies' Edinburgh office, but also spends time with clients in our Glasgow office.
