James has extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions including acting for developers, funders, investors, landlords and tenants. He is used to handling real estate transactions from the very start all the way to a successful completion.
James has particular expertise in negotiating real estate contracts to a satisfactory conclusion as well as managing the real estate aspects of corporate transactions which enables clients to progress and complete real estate deals with confidence.
