Jemma qualified into the real estate practice area in July 2021, having completed her traineeship at Brodies, during which she acted for a wide range of clients, including property investors, developers and individuals, giving her a well-rounded experience which she continues to draw on. 

Jemma has experience in a variety of property transactions across a range of asset classes including acquisitions, disposals, commercial leasing and financing transactions of both a high value and cross-border nature. In addition, Jemma is part of the real estate restructuring & insolvency team and regularly acts for insolvency practitioners and lenders in the disposal of distressed assets through both private and auction sales.
