
Jennifer Guy
Jenni has extensive experience in a range of commercial property transactions. She acts on behalf of tenants and landlords in commercial leasing transactions for office, retail, industrial and leisure properties; purchasers and vendors in investment and development acquisitions and disposals; and borrowers and lenders in property financing transactions. Jenni also provides Scots law real estate support to internal corporate and banking colleagues as well as external firms on high value cross-border transactions.
Additionally, Jenni is part of Brodies Restructuring and Insolvency team and provides advice on insolvency related real estate issues, specialising in acting for insolvency practitioners and lenders in distressed asset sales.
Jenni provides solution-focused and practical advice on the key issues facing her clients and strives to collaborate with her colleagues, client advisers and other legal professionals to ensure completion in the most efficient and commercial way possible.
