Jennifer is an experienced and tactically strong litigator with a particular interest in construction disputes. She has considerable experience in acting for commercial clients and regularly acts on behalf of employers, major contractors, sub-contractors, architects and insurers in construction disputes including professional negligence claims, payment disputes, delay claims and construction and design defects.

Jennifer has appeared on behalf of clients the Sheriff Appeal Court and in Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland, in the Court of Session with Counsel and has represented clients in major adjudications.
