Jo is a litigator with a specialist focus on resolving professional indemnity claims and regulatory complaints. She regularly acts for large international insurers and is experienced in representing a wide range ‎of professionals including solicitors, engineers, architects, surveyors and photographers amongst others.

In addition to handling a broad range of actions in both the Sheriff Court and Court of Session, Jo frequently represents professionals in a range of disciplinary and regulatory matters before their governing bodies.‎ She is a supporter of Alternative Dispute Resolution, recognising the commercial benefits it can bring to her clients.
