Jo Kelbrick
Jo is a professional risks lawyer skilled in resolving professional indemnity claims and regulatory complaints. She regularly acts for international insurers and is experienced in representing a wide range of professionals including solicitors, brokers, surveyors, architects and education establishments amongst others.
In addition to handling a broad range of actions in both the Sheriff Court and Court of Session, Jo frequently represents professionals in a range of disciplinary and regulatory matters before their governing bodies. She is a supporter of Alternative Dispute Resolution, recognising the commercial benefits it can bring to her clients.
