Karen is a very well-rounded rural property lawyer with a broad range of experiences, so she is well equipped to meet the diverse needs of our rural clients.
Karen’s day-to-day workload is varied - she handles transactional matters such as the acquisition and disposal of land, farms, estates, crofts, forestry, salmon fishing and residential properties. She undertakes agricultural holdings work and deals with clawback agreements, securities and servitudes for various purposes and different utilities.
