Kate Henderson
Kate is a solicitor in the employment and immigration team. She completed her traineeship in 2023 after completing seats in Brodies' commercial real estate and commercial litigation teams, as well in employment and immigration.
Kate's experience includes providing clients from a range of sectors with advice on contentious and non-contentious matters. She regularly drafts employment contracts, policies and settlement agreements and has assisted in dealing with a number of employment tribunal cases.
