Kathryn qualified into the rural business and natural capital team in 2021, having completed her traineeship at Brodies.

Kathryn acts for landed estates, farmers and rural businesses and has a wide range of experience in rural property transactions including the purchase and sale of farms, estates and salmon fishings. Kathryn regularly advises both landlords and tenants on agricultural tenancies and also provides advice to land owners and managers on matters including title conditions, rights of access and land reform.
