Keith Kilburn
Keith is a dual qualified Solicitor and Chartered Quantity Surveyor specialising in contentious construction law, arbitration and dispute resolution. He has focused contentious experience acting as adjudicator and representing employers, contractors, professionals and sub-contractors in negotiation, mediation, adjudication, arbitration and court. Keith has experience of NEC contracts and of acting in disputes with contractors in insolvency. He also regularly acts for public sector bodies.
He has practical experience of the management, administration and interpretation of standard form and bespoke contracts including provisions dealing with payment, valuation, commencement, completion and liquidated and ascertained damages. In addition, Keith has detailed knowledge of the management and administration of claims from initial preparation, through negotiation to third party determination or settlement.
