Kendra is an Associate in Brodies’ Energy and Infrastructure team, advising on a wide range of energy and infrastructure projects and transactions for both private and public sector clients.

Kendra returned to Brodies in January 2019 after a brief period working in-house, and a number of years practising as a planning lawyer at an international law firm and Brodies before that. She has advised on a variety of energy and infrastructure matters, including acting in the sale, purchase and refinance of renewable energy projects at various stages (pre-consented, under-construction, operational); advising local authorities on compulsory acquisition of land for a new access road to serve a flagship energy from waste project and a link road into existing rail infrastructure as part of wider road network improvements, and advising both developers and local authorities in relation to challenges of energy consents and permissions.

Kendra’s experience has allowed her to develop unique insight into issues facing both private and public sector interests in energy and infrastructure projects.
