Kirstin advises clients on a wide range of matters, including the preparation of Wills, adult incapacity issues including Continuing and Welfare Powers of Attorney, estate management and succession planning. 

She also provides advice to individuals and families on the establishment, use, variation and winding-up of Trusts for asset protection and tax planning purposes and has particular experience with guiding families through the estate administration process.
