Kirsty Graham
Kirsty acts for and advises several different clients (including estates, farmers, banks, SIPPs and other private individuals) in relation to various rural property and residential matters comprising sales, purchases, crofting, refinancing, voluntary registrations as well as more specific title queries. Perhaps on the more unusual side of things, Kirsty's rural experience has also extended to her advising on a couple of Castle purchases.
Kirsty has a background in development work for some of the major National housebuilders as well as smaller developers. Her previous experience includes acting in a number of site acquisitions/disposals; liaising with a number of local authorities and housing associations in relation to affordable housing contracts/transfers; assisting in the refinancing of development sites; the amalgamation of various land interests into trusts, disposals and the drafting of documentation such as landowner agreements and option agreements.
