Lauren has a broad range of real estate experience, including acting on behalf of rural landowners in both the acquisition and sale of rural land, completing applications for the voluntary registration of rural land in the Land Register of Scotland, and the purchase and sale of croft land and common grazings.

Lauren's focus is on renewable energy projects, primarily wind and hydro developments, across the Highlands and Scotland as a whole. This work involves drafting and reviewing option agreements and leases, and all property aspects including title examination, reporting on complex title issues and completing certificates of title.

Having assisted with a variety of complex rural development and renewable energy transactions, Lauren has a good understanding of the needs of rural clients and works collaboratively towards achieving a satisfactory outcome for clients.
