Lauren leads Brodies’ dedicated recovery service and manages our client relationships.

She has 10 years' experience dealing with motor claims (including assessing indemnity, liability and quantum). Lauren acts for insurers, self-insured corporate entities (including large fleet operators), claims handling companies and hire organisations.

She is an experienced court practitioner and is familiar with all aspects of civil procedure. She is equally experienced in criminal litigation and has appeared in courts throughout Scotland.

She supervises our team of solicitors and paralegals - handling high volume, low value claims through to complex large value cases. She also manages her own case load – handling all aspects of the litigation process from drafting to court appearances.
