Lesley specialises in all aspects of the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts and covers the construction requirements of major projects in Scotland and throughout the UK.

She also provides specialist construction advice to non-specialist users of construction industry services. Lesley has experience of advising developers, employers, funders, purchasers, tenants and contractors on construction matters and regularly advises on large retail, leisure, office and student developments. Lesley works closely with our property team advising on developments, property purchases, sales and leases.
