Lesley loves the challenge of bringing Enlightened Thinking to Brodies' business development, marketing and communication initiatives. From leading brand projects to managing client relationships to identifying new opportunities in the market, Lesley uses her 20 years' experience of working in the legal sector to ensure that Brodies' is seen as engaging, effective and creative to clients and contacts.
She champions the phrase "challenge convention" and believes that business development, marketing and comms for law firms is changing. The days of networking through drinks parties are gone. As a leading law firm, we need to encourage conversation and debate and be actively involved in the issues and topics affecting the businesses and people with whom we work.
