Lesley is a practice development lawyer within the employment and immigration team. As part of her role, she develops and maintains Workbox by Brodies, our award-winning online HR and employment law site. Workbox gives subscribers access to comprehensive HR know-how, in a straightforward FAQ format, along with template contracts, policies, letters and forms. Lesley produces pragmatic, up-to-date content to enable our Workbox subscribers to manage their people with confidence.

Prior to moving into knowledge management and joining Brodies in 2025, Lesley spent 14 years providing commercially focused employment law advice and support to businesses across a wide spectrum of industries. She has extensive employment law experience having advised on all aspects of the employment life cycle.
