Lindsay Lee
Lindsay is a senior associate within the banking and finance team, with over ten years’ experience and a specialist interest in regulated finance. She advises banks and financial services clients on consumer finance products, including mortgages and consumer credit, current and savings accounts and payment services. Lindsay also advises clients on regulatory issues, including product launch projects, and guides clients through implementation programmes for major legislative and regulatory change such as the Consumer Credit Directive and the Consumer Duty.
Lindsay has extensive in-house experience within legal teams at several banks; she gives pragmatic advice and seeks practical solutions.
Lindsay also supports the firm's securitisation practice and on loan portfolio acquisitions, advising on regulated consumer finance issues, and was instrumental to the launch and delivery of the firm's Banking & Finance Academy. She also is a regular author of articles on banking regulatory and consumer finance topics and is a speaker at external events.
