Lindsay Stark
Lindsay joined Brodies in July 2025 and is a senior solicitor specialising in contentious construction disputes. Lindsay has successfully acted for employers, contractors, sub-contractors and insurers. She has experience resolving disputes in the sheriff court, Court of Session and regularly undertakes adjudication on behalf of clients.
Lindsay is experienced in dealing with high value claims and advises on disputes concerning all major UK construction standard forms, including JCT/SBCC, NEC and FIDIC.
