Lizanne is a senior associate within the banking and finance team based in Edinburgh. She has a broad practice advising a range of borrowers, investors, banks and other lenders on complex finance transactions.

Lizanne has particular experience in leveraged finance, real estate finance and general corporate finance transactions and is regularly involved in matters with cross-border and international aspects.

Having spent over 6 years working at a magic circle firm in London, including completing a secondment at a major global investment management organisation, Lizanne is well placed to advise on multi-jurisdictional transactions. She is also dual-qualified in both Scots and English law.
