Louise Smith
Louise is part of the firm's contentious construction team and specialises in the resolution of construction, infrastructure and engineering disputes. Louise has over 25 years of experience as a construction solicitor and an in-depth knowledge of construction law and the construction industry from working both in private practice and in-house.
Louise advises on dispute avoidance and acts for clients in formal dispute resolution processes including adjudication, litigation, arbitration and through alternative dispute resolution such as mediation. Louise has advised and acted for developers, employers, contractors, sub-contractors, and consultants on claims and disputes arising under many of the UK standard forms of construction and engineering contracts and bespoke contracts.
