Louise trained at Brodies and qualified into the employment team in 2018. She became a solicitor advocate in 2024.

Louise represents clients in Employment Tribunals across the UK. She has experience of tribunal preparation and frequently conducts her own advocacy, including defending claims of unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing detriment. She also has significant experience of negotiating settlements and participating in mediation.

Louise often provides HR advice in relation to complex grievance and disciplinary issues. She also regularly drafts contracts, policies and agreements, and advises clients on other HR issues, such as industrial action, collective bargaining, redundancy processes and TUPE.
