Lucie is an English-qualified real estate disputes lawyer. She acts for clients on complex real estate disputes in the High Court in London with a specific emphasis on dilapidations and enforcing lease covenants, knotty issues about land and property, as well as specialist actions under the Electronic Communications Code.
Lucie offers comprehensive experience dealing with cases in the higher courts and land tribunals in England & Wales, as well as broad experience of alternative dispute resolution procedures such as expert determination and arbitration.
