Lucy McCracken
Lucy qualified into the contentious construction team in July 2021, having spent the majority of her traineeship in the team. She also spent part of her training carrying out transactional construction work. This range of experience has allowed her to develop a unique perspective of the disputes she now works on, as well as a good familiarity with the construction industry.
Lucy is regularly involved in adjudication, Court of Session and Sheriff Court proceedings, with experience appearing in the Sheriff Court. She is also regularly involved in advisory work and enjoys taking a commercial and pragmatic approach when analysing potential claims.
