
Lynne Murray
Lynne qualified in 2004 and advises on a broad range of rural property matters including the sale and purchase of farms and estates, agricultural leasing matters, servitudes, security work and generally providing advice in relation to property matters that arise in managing rural property including projects relating to diversification and renewable projects. She also has expertise in dealing with complex estate titles and has experience of dealing with various applications for voluntary registration.
Lynne acts for a wide variety of clients across Scotland, the UK and globally including a number of agricultural and rural businesses, estates, partnerships and trusts, commercial investors, funders and those in the renewable sector.
