Malcolm Gunnyeon
Malcolm is a litigator with over 20 years' experience in the Scottish courts. He is regularly called upon by clients to help them find pragmatic solutions to commercial disputes or to manage the civil, criminal and reputational risks arising from serious workplace accidents and fatalities.
Malcolm has expertise in the energy, transport and food & drink sectors. He is routinely involved in disputes before the commercial courts, in the defence of prosecutions for breach of safety or environmental legislation and in conducting Fatal Accident Inquiries. Malcolm supports clients and their staff through the whole life cycle of a litigation; from providing immediate critical incident response to managing complex investigations, and eventually through to the successful resolution of court proceedings.
