Marina qualified into the contentious construction team in Edinburgh in August 2024. Before joining the team as a qualified solicitor, she was a trainee in the team for most of her traineeship.
Marina regularly acts for employers, contractors, sub-contractors and consultants on a wide array of construction disputes. She has experience representing clients in adjudications, mediations and court actions both in the Court of Session and Sheriff Court.
