Maureen Burns
Maureen joined Brodies in late 2017 having specialised in pensions since 2008.
She is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers and has extensive experience in providing advice and support to trustees and leading employers to help them manage risk and liabilities including in relation to, statutory, regulatory and governance issues, GMP equalisation, buy-ins and buy-outs, liability management, cessation or accrual and methods of dealing with employer debts triggered under the Employer Debt Regulations.
