Miriam has a broad range of experience in residential property, new-build residential developments and commercial property.

She specialises in the sale and purchase of all kinds of residential property throughout Scotland and since joining Brodies in 2015 she has acted in the sale/purchase of many of Edinburgh's highest valued properties. Miriam regularly acts for clients in transfers of title and voluntary registration applications. She also advises on general residential property related matters, for example, in relation to title conditions and boundaries.
