Molly O'Donoghue

Molly is a solicitor in our corporate practice, having completed her traineeship at Brodies before qualifying in 2024.

Molly has experience in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, group reorganisations, corporate governance, and general company law matters. She works with a broad range of clients across various business sectors, including companies, family run businesses, and SMEs.
