Morven joined the Brodies' personal practice in Aberdeen in January 2023 as a senior solicitor.

Morven advises clients in a wide variety of personal matters including estate planning & tax advice, the preparation of powers of attorney with incapacity advice, succession reports and bespoke testamentary writings. She provides advice to individuals and families on the creation, benefits and wind-up of trusts for asset protection as well as the administration of estates of varying complexities. Morven has a keen interest in planning for the elderly client and how best this be achieved.
