Naiomi is an associate in Brodies’ renewables team. She advises developers, investors, lenders and landowners on transactions across Scotland, including onshore wind, hydro, solar, battery energy storage (BESS) and synchronous condenser projects.

She supports projects across the full lifecycle, from site assembly through to development and investment, with experience in option agreements, lease negotiations, portfolio acquisitions and real estate due diligence. Naiomi provides clear, commercially focused advice on high-value transactions, and her pragmatic approach helps identify and manage risk early, supporting efficient deal delivery.

Naiomi also completed a secondment with an energy company, giving her direct insight into client priorities and enabling her to provide practical, solutions-driven advice across energy and infrastructure projects.
