Neil has 30 years of experience dealing with personal clients. The first 10 years were spent within accountancy practices where Neil qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He then crossed into the legal profession where he has worked specifically for private clients.

Neil puts that dual experience to good effect in his role leading the tax and accounts services for Brodies personal clients. In addition to supervising the production of the tax returns and the accounts, Neil provides tax planning advice on a variety of matters. In particular, he has been at the forefront of Brodies' offering on the use of Family Investment Companies, drawing upon his experience in companies, accounts, personal tax and asset protection.
