Nicola joined the contentious construction team in July 2023. She represents a combination of employers, contractors, and consultants in a range of construction disputes, providing clear strategic advice.

Nicola joined the firm with a commercial litigation background and has represented clients in the Sheriff Court, Sheriff Appeal Court and Court of Session. Since joining the firm Nicola has broadened her experience through the use of adjudication and has successfully secured resolutions through alternative dispute resolution including at mediation and arbitration.

Nicola advises clients on a wide range of construction related issues.
