Nicola is a Legal Director with over 12 years' experience in the commercial real estate sector. She has recently returned to Brodies where she previously trained and worked from our Glasgow office. Nicola recently relocated to the Highlands and is now based in our Inverness office.

Nicola acts on behalf of both public and private sector clients, investors, lenders and occupiers, and has considerable experience in managing large-scale assets including business and retail parks, shopping centres and investment portfolios. She acts on behalf of landlords and tenants in relation to all aspects of commercial leasing. She is involved in the acquisition and sale of properties across a range of industries, and has significant experience dealing with the property aspects of corporate transactions. Since moving to the Highlands she has also gained considerable experience in the hospitality industry in the acquisition and sale of hotels and guest houses.
