Orla qualified into the contentious construction team after completing her traineeship with Brodies in August 2024. Orla draws on her previous experience, which also includes time spent in the insurance and risk team, to better understand the commercial needs of her clients.

Orla assists in advising a diverse range of clients on a wide array of construction issues such as payment disputes and construction defects. She has experience of representing clients in Sheriff Court and Court of Session actions and is well versed in alternative forms of dispute resolution including adjudication.
