
Paul Breen
Paul specialises in company and commercial law and is experienced in dealing with a wide range of company law issues, including investments, mergers and acquisitions, bespoke commercial contracts and arrangements, general corporate advisory work and ongoing company regulation/governance issues.
His practice is focussed on M&A transactions with SMEs and owner managed businesses, across a broad range of different sectors, and he is experienced in project managing large scale and complex cross-border acquisitions/disposals. He also focusses on private equity/joint venture transactions (including PE investment work, management buy-outs and exits), and work with Charities/Third Sector clients from a Corporate perspective.
