Paul Marshall

Paul leads our Risk, Government and Compliance practice group. He specialises in crisis management and protecting client reputations. He regularly works as part of a global client team.

Paul builds robust compliance frameworks for clients in the UK and overseas. He conducts internal reviews for clients and advises on remediation. He supports clients facing investigation by specialist regulators and law enforcement.

Paul calls on his expertise in corporate criminal liability and his experience of working with high-risk sectors to help clients manage corporate and supply chain risks.

He represents client organisations in prosecutions, public inquiries and fatal accident inquiries. He specialises in resolving matters away from the courtroom.
